We do WORK! We’ll walk through exercises and worksheets to show you how to best implement the learning.
You get to ask the experts implementation questions right away! You’ll have a roadmap for immediate integration.
How it works?
Each month we host multiple workshops.
Workshops are designed to train all members of your organization in the key areas needed to make your organization a SUCCESS.
These are workshops and not boring training classes because we believe it’s important not only to teach but to get you started thinking through and planning for implementation. Together, we do the work.
Imagine having someone else, an industry expert, teach your team how to implement new strategies, tools and techniques into your organization. Let’s face it, you need help leading your team. This is your chance to give your team ongoing learning and support!
Who Can Attend?
Anyone can attend a single or multiple workshops.
You do not have to be a member of Serve More to attend workshops.
Serve More members can send two team members to each workshop!
For businesses: You, your department leads and your employees are able to attend EVERY workshop at no additional cost.
For Non-Profits: Your board members, team members and volunteers are able to attend EVERY workshop at no additional cost.
During the strategy session you can outline which team members need to attend which workshops.
Then, you can build the workshops into your annual calendar; plan for the learning, implementation and their time away. Prioritizing the learning means you’re prioritizing your success!
You started your business because you have a product or service that will positively impact people in your community, not because you wanted to run a business.
Workshops are built to show you how to structure your business so that you can grow strategically and have a bigger impact.

We know that you don’t have the time to teach each person individually.

Do we have to be members of the Serve More program to attend a workshop?
Is there a limit to how many workshops my organization can attend?
Can the rest of the team get access to the learning and worksheets even if we can't attend?
This is a major benefit to being a member of the Serve More program. Only members get 24/7 access to the learning after the workshops.
You can use the worksheets for planning and then team members who need more, they can log into our digital learning center for access anytime.
How long will we have access to the digital learning center?
Can we send more than two people from our organization to a workshop?
Can Volunteers Attend Workhops?
Please note that Strategy Sessions and Quarterly Planning Sessions are reserved for board members only.
What happens if we RSVP for a workshop but something comes up at the last minute?
We’ve made workshops available to your entire team. We highly recommend that you find a replacement to attend the workshop. This helps to continue your training efforts for your organization and keeps you from having to pay the no show fee.
For non-members: a full refund is available up to 2 business days before the workshop.
If you would like to cancel within that two-day window, you forfeit your registration fee. We do understand that life happens so you will receive a voucher to attend another workshop at no cost. You can attend the same workshop (if available) or any other workshop of your choice. You simply need to RSVP for your replacement workshop NLT the date of your original workshop, else all fees paid and attendance opportunities are lost.
